Clem Cizewski and CC3D are a full-service Architectural Rendering Firm with a studio in Suburban Philadelphia specializing in hand rendered, mechanically-derived illustrations executed in a traditional fashion using ink, with the presentation drawing executed in mixed media, primarily airbrush, marker, and soft pigment.
Founded in 1986, CC3D provides rendering services to architects, developers, various government agencies, the design community, and individual home owners. Throughout the entire process of creating the drawing, we work closely with the client, engaging them from the formulation of the conceptual design with preliminary sketches, to completion of the ink drawing, and then to the final presentation drawing in color.
Clem Cizewski studied architecture and fine arts at the University of Pennsylvania and practiced architecture in Philadelphia before turning to illustration. His drawing style is influenced greatly by Frank Lloyd Wright and Frank Furness, most notably their ink perspective renderings.

Success Starts with Collaboration
Working with CC3D is simple and collaborative from start to finish. We begin with a detailed conversation about the rendering’s purpose—whether it’s for investors, civic review, zoning, or advertising (digital, print, or outdoor). We gather all available materials and, most importantly, determine the “view”—how the image will be seen. While a street-level perspective is often preferred, we tailor it to the project’s needs.
Next, we create a wireframe sketch to outline the core image. Once approved, we develop a detailed ink presentation drawing for client review. After final approval, the image is rendered in full color, and a digital version is produced.

Our pricing depends on the size and complexity of a client’s project. Sketch-only options are available at a reduced rate. A quote will be provided after the initial meeting based on project details. If the client chooses to proceed, they’ll sign a contract and submit a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
